1. Introduction
These terms govern your engagement with Specularis Inc. ("Specularis," "we," "us"). By working with us, you agree to them.
2. Services
Specularis provides marketing and growth services, including founder-led content, organic social distribution, AI search optimization, and related strategy and execution. The scope of any engagement is defined in the proposal provided before work begins.
3. Project Proposals and Approvals
Before a project starts, we share a proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Work begins once approved. Scope changes after approval may affect fees and timelines.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees and payment terms are set out in each proposal. Invoices are due as stated there. Late payment may delay delivery.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide the access, assets, information, and approvals we need in a timely manner.
6. Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations
If you cancel after a project begins, you are billed for work completed to that point. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement.
